Dream Team Elite is the fastest-growing youth basketball organization in Frisco, built on a completely different approach to coaching and player development. We have coached more than 500 athletes since our program began in 2020.
We don’t run basketball like a normal organization. We train, teach, compete, and build players for the long term — not just for a season

Our Training Philosophy
We don’t believe in “rec league development.” We believe in intentional development.
Repetition with purpose:
Players learn real concepts — spacing, shot selection, ball movement, defensive reads, and how
to create advantages.
Film & IQ Sessions:
We break down NBA, WNBA, college, and our own game footage so players understand why decisions are made on the court — not just how.
Culture & Mentality:
Basketball is bigger than a gym session. We teach accountability, competitive toughness, leadership, and being a good teammate
